In addition to being an event planner and producer, Peggy Phillips knows bands. Peggy Phillips has produced and recorded several hit songs for the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), in addition to coordinating singers for the WWE Wrestler theme songs, Smackdown and RAW T.V. shows. She has spent most of her life working with bands, developing musical acts, managing musicians, and producing live shows. She understand musicians and know what it takes to make a great band work.
When we recommend a band for your event it will be the band that is the best for your event-not just a band we want to sell you-or a band we have never seen. And, all of our bands are managed by Dial M Production Managers, when Ms. Phillips can not personally attend.

A bit about our great dance party cover bands...
THE GROOVE
This is a great band! The Groove is a high-energy variety dance band. Based around a tight nucleus of professional talented musicians. Each member has been hand picked and chosen after numerous interviews and live auditions to assure that they fit their role they will play in the group. All performances implement a non stop blend of many musical styles and choreographed dance routines into each set. The Platinum Groove Members have toured with and performed on stage with many national acts over the years. The group incorporates a customized mix of material choosing from Motown, Top 40, Disco, Current Dance, Swing, Big Band, Latin Pop, Cocktail Jazz Standards, R&B and Oldies. The Groove Performers are experienced in knowing how to professionally MC, read and work diverse types of events. The lead vocalists, both male and female, are amazing. They can ignite the dance floor with a high-energy song or instantaneously switch gears and croon a mellow standard. Dancing and audience interaction is achieved by instinctively choosing from the vast array of tried and true hit songs from the most popular genres of music past to present. In summary, The Groove's distinct sound, consistent members, and great showmanship have earned them positive recommendations from many of the leading event planners and five star hotels in the region. These events have included numerous high profile award ceremonies, wrap & corporate parties, weddings, and events across the nation.
SPLASH! DANCE AND CORPORATE SHOW BAND
Having an extra-special event? You’ll need an extra-special band! This versatile group will definitely make a Splash! at your wedding, party or corporate function. Splash! has performed for two years in a row at the Governor's Ball, the official party of the Academy Awards and they were the band for the 2001 Emmy Awards Creative Arts Awards Dinner. Other notable performances include the Universal Studios Block Party and Elizabeth Taylor's Birthday Bash.
Splash! performs all the music you need, including the hottest Latin and the coolest Swing. They also offer all your favorite soul, funk, disco and 80's and 90's party music.
A flamboyant lineup of four vocalist / dancers and a powerful six piece horn and rhythm section had 40,000 people at the Rose Bowl roaring at the outrageous premiere of Denzel Washington's "The Titans". The "take no prisoners" energy of Splash was requested at the "wild" wedding of Rolling Stone editor David Wild, as well as the recent extravaganza thrown by the Hollywood power agency, William Morris. And certainly a Splash career milestone was made when they were selected to serenade the likes of Hollywood's most famous couples - Annette and Warren Beatty, Rita and Tom Hanks, and Kate and Steven Spielberg during the glamorous Academy Awards Governor's Ball.
As the L.A. Times says, "Splash is not your average band! On the contrary, this act is a finely tuned dance machine with choreography, multiple costume changes, tight musicianship and four lead singers."
This diverse mix of high energy, glamour and theatrics makes for a breathtaking departure from what you've heard and seen before.
ZIPPERS SHOW BAND
Since their beginning as champions of Ed McMahon's StarSearch, The Zippers (a 7- to 11- piece) have become one of America's favorite corporate dance show bands--performing every style of popular music including current pop, disco, funk, techno, classic rock, variety dance, Swing and Jazz. Every member of this phenomenal band is a first-rate lead vocalist; their vocal harmony too, is sensational. An interactive, well-choreographed band, one of the keys to their success is their ability to customize their performances to suit each event. The Zippers were voted "Best Dance Band in the USA 2002". (See photo above.)
HAUTE CHILI - VARIETY DANCE SHOW BAND

The worlds premiere live 70’s era disco show. This wacky group is costumed in bell bottom, platform shoes, polyester shirts and frizzy retro wigs. Created in the fall of 1992 and seen weekly at the Pelican’s Retreat, then on to bigger venues such as: The Rio-The Venetian-The Drink And HOB in Las Vegas. The Coconut Club and The Canyon Club in Los Angeles, Jay Leno, Ellen, Jenny Jones, MTV Rock N Jock,TNT,Vh1, Red Bull, Super Bowl XXXVII, Kiss Rose Bowl Amerifest, plus countless private and corporate events around the globe. The Boogie Knights outrageous show re-fueled the disco craze.
ZOOT SUIT REVIEW
The Nationally Acclaimed Swing, Big Band, Latin, Jump Vegas Style Show Band. Material covers 1940’s to present. Zoot Suit Revue is outfitted in custom made colorful retro zoot suits. Discography: Zoot Suit Revue (Bold, Borrowed and New) released 1999. Past performances include: AT&T- Amgen - The Coconut Club - Muriel’s - The Supper Club NYC – Derby Desert Samaritan of the Year Awards - La Quinta Arts Festival - Arthur Anderson – The Strawberry Festival plus numerous weddings, corporate and private events across the nation.

A THE SPAZMATICS
A hilariously cool science New Wave 80’s Nerds That Rock show. Material consisting of songs by: Oingo Boingo ,Duran Duran, Thomas Dolby, Billy Idol and more. Can be seen weekly at various Las Vegas Casinos and Los Angeles Venues. Recently mentioned with photo in People Magazine - hired for Jessica Simpson’s birthday party.
FORT WORTH WEST COUNTRY BAND
Fort Worth West was awarded "Band of the Year" from the European Country Music Association and the guitar player won "Lead Guitar Player of the Year" from the California Country Music Association. This band can play a night of Country favorites, or mix it up with other fun dance party music such as the YMCA, Disco, and popular music from the 50’s to the current. Fort Worth West is a versatile band specializing in interactive dance/party music.
The band consists of 7 players: Drums, Bass, Keyboards/Accordion/ Harmonica, Guitar, Fiddle and Steel Guitar, and saxophone. This includes 6 singers. (5 guys and 2 gals)
HIT SQUAD COVER BAND
I would like to recommend the band Hit Squad. They play a bit of everything and everyone in the band sings. I call this band the "Live DJ" because they know so many songs. They are one of Disneylands top performing bands, so they're very professional and concerned with maintaining their high quality of work ethics. They're well groomed, on time, don't drink, stay on schedule, and comfortable working for all ages. They can play every style of music, even country. They can take requests, will learn a song for you, can perform light Emcee duties, and know how to interact with a crowd to make the event a party. The following will give you an idea of what they can offer you: Typically, we start en evening with what we call "dinner music". Low key - easy listening - jazzy stuff. Some songs would be: Breezin' (George Benson) How Sweet It Is, Nora Jones, a few standards like Fly Me to the Moon. Second set we move-it-up a knotch with recognizable R&B & classic songs like "Heard It Through the Grapevine" ,"It's Alright to Have a Good time", "Don't Be Cruel", "Groovin'", Layla... 3rd and 4th sets we'll bump it up to dance music with Classic oldies, R&B, Disco, Pretty Woman-Brown Eyed Girl-Love the One Your With-Get Down Tonight, Mustang Sally, Dancin' In the Streets, Heatwave, Jump Jive and Wail, Play that Funky Music, Santana, Beatles, Disco, Pop, Latin... music to dance to/upbeat party music.
LIQUID BLUE DANCE AND SHOW BAND
With their debut CD "Supernova" just released and their World Tour just beginning, Liquid Blue ("Best Contemporary Band 2003" and the #5-ranked cover band overall) is gaining recognition as one of the world's most talented original rock/pop dance bands. Liquid Blue is a high energy 7- to 11-piece corporate dance show band with three female lead vocalists and one male lead vocalist. While they are also one of the top cover bands in the country, performing 70s, 80s, 90s and current dance and pop covers, they also perform exciting original dance hits-to-be like the upbeat "Rhythm Of Love" and pop ballads like "Rescue". Their female back-up vocalists' choreography is nothing short of sensational (We rank them in the Top 3 of choreographed bands in the U.S.). They have now performed on every continent in the world and in 2002, they performed for 65,000 in Dalian, China and in 2003 in Tahiti. Liquid Blue was voted "Best Cover Band" at The 2002 San Diego Music Awards. The Band's longtime phenom lead guitarist, Michael Vangerov is, in our opinion, the best lead guitarist to come along since Steve Lukather.
EXPRESS - 10 PIECE DANCE PARTY SHOW BAND

Whether your event calls for a formal dinner set, swing, motown, dance contests, 1970’s theme, prize giveaways, company interaction or you are just looking for head-turning entertainers-You’ve come to the right place. Express has thrilled party-goers Worldwide. They have also been nominated for ‘Best Band’ by the People’s Choice Awards. This group of multi-talented performers will take a sincere interest in assuring your event will be their finest show ever! They are committed to fun, music and absolutely LOVE what they do.
NRG - 9 PIECE CORPORATE SHOW BAND
Led by talented front-line vocalist, Kymm Civette and phenomenal keyboardist/Music Director Andy Salmonsen (whose "Great Balls Of Fire" act is the best we've seen in years), NRG (an 8- to 19- piece) is the ultimate corporate mega show band. Their "Decades Show" spanning the 40s to the present--with it's extravagant costume changes and choreographed professional dance couples--gives the audience a fantastic visual feast. The show ends with a techno version of "2001: Space Odessy"--with the "Cyber girls" decked out in magnificent leather head dresses, vinyl cat suits and chain belts. (see photo at right) They can also perform a "Blonde Sugar" original blues show created and performed by Ms. Civette. NRG has performed for former President Bush, Jef and Jer of Star 100, has opened for Wynnona Judd, Ronnie Milsap, Chicago and many others. NRG is a true "variety" party band as they perform all styles of music and encourage audience participation.
LATIN BRAZILIAN BAND
She sings with the flair of her South American roots. Her voice is expressive, sultry and soothing. Alessa grew up with Salsa rhythms, Peruvian waltzes, Afro-Peruvian and Brazilian music influence in her native Lima. In live presentations she sings Brazilian Jazz, Samba, Salsa, Merengue, Bolero, Cumbia, Gypsy Rumba and Afro- Brazilian music. Alessa sings in Portuguese, English and Spanish languages. Besides live performances at Night Clubs, Festivals, Concerts and Fund raisers, Alessa has performed at the Hollywood Palladium with Afro-Brazil at the annual carnival night. Also appeared with "Viver Brazil" at the Hollywood Bowl for the opening season of summer concerts at the bowl with Carlinhos Brown as the headliner. Alessa also made a guest appearance at Le Blue Note in Paris-France with Nazare Pereira. During "Carnaval 2001", in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Alessa performed at the "Museum of Image and Sound" with Caixa Preta and with Unidos do Mundo (escola de samba) at the LAPA’s carnival concert. Alessa and her 10-piece band played for the "Veranazo 2002" concert VIP party at the Gene Autry Museum.
U2 TRIBUTE BAND
It's no easy gig being a tribute band, particularly when your inspiration is U2. Not only are they one of the highest profile bands on earth, but their legendary musical ability, passion and vitality are an integral part of the complete package. For a tribute band, this means you have to look right, you must do justice to some of the finest rock music ever written and you have to capture and transmit that indefinable energy that fuels U2.
Having toured extensively through over 20 countries,including many shows for the U.S. Department of Defense, this U2 Tribute band is here in the United States.
About the show:
This 2 hour extravaganza covering all stages of the bands career from “Boy'” to “All that you can't leave behind”, opens as we are whisked back in time to the ZOO TV tour. The leather trousers, the huge Fly shades, and, just as essentially, the tongue in cheek 'Dadaesque' Bono. In the first hour-long segment we are treated to all the highlights of the Zooropa tour as well as the cream of U2's earlier hits.
Part two sees the four re-emerge on-stage in the guise of today's Elevation era U2. As well as songs from the current album, we get a series of 'classics' that have wowed audiences the world-over for years. After another hour of blistering performance the Boys leave the stage to the strains of the elated crowd singing “How long to sing this song?” from the anthem “40”.
DUELING PIANOS
Dueling Pianos, a piano duo offering a Las Vegas-style show of comedy and extensive audience participation featuring an unlikely and surprising mix of music and parodies that range from classic rock and country to rap and show tunes. The key to their marathon of musical comedy, however, is the unabashed and completely liberated participation of audience members from 18 to 80.
The show takes on an organic nature, feeding not just on the kinetic performing energy but on the audience's growing confidence and comfort level about the impromptu acting, dancing, or singing that is heartily welcomed by everyone in the house. Group toasts, good-natured ribbing of individual audience members put briefly under the glare of spotlights, and the firm yet gentle recruitment of reluctant show participants add to the camaraderie that develops during a DUELING PIANO performance.

Vince has been performing in Southern California for over 25 years. He is known for playing Cocktail, Jazz, Standards, Wedding and Christmas Music. His musical style is crisp, clean, classically trained piano in a variety of styles.
